Elementary Mandarin Class

Ages 7–10-ish • Saturdays • 2 Hours • 13 Classes • Brickell City Centre

At this age, children are ready to go beyond simply hearing Mandarin. They can begin speaking, reading, writing, creating, and using the language with confidence.

Ms. Dan’s Elementary Mandarin Class combines practical Mandarin with games, projects, stories, conversation, and cultural exploration—keeping learning engaging while building real language skills.

Mandarin Kids Can Actually Use

Practice useful Mandarin through conversations, questions, role-play, and everyday situations.

Build character recognition and reading skills through age-appropriate stories, vocabulary, and activities.

Learn Chinese characters through writing, drawing, creative projects, and hands-on practice.

🌏 Explore Asia

Discover Asian traditions, food, holidays, geography, stories, and everyday life while learning the language connected to them.

What Your Child Will Learn

Students build practical Mandarin vocabulary and sentence patterns through themes such as:

Introductions • Family • School • Friends • Food • Hobbies • Daily Routines • Time • Weather • Places • Travel

Children also begin developing:

Speaking • Listening • Character Recognition • Reading • Writing • Pronunciation

Beginners are welcome. No previous Mandarin experience is encouraged.

Class Details

Age: Around 7–10 years old

Schedule: Saturdays, 9:00am-11:00am

Class Length: 2 hour

Location: Brickell City Centre, 9th Floor

Level: Beginners welcome

Tuition: $1690 for the full 3-month program
